Connecting to Claude

Add Papapyrus to Claude as a connector and sign in with your Google account — or your email and password. It takes about a minute.

Six steps, once per person

Every teammate connects their own account, so Claude always acts as them.

  1. 1

    Open Claude’s connector settings

In Claude (claude.ai or the desktop app), go to Settings → Connectors. This is where custom connectors are added.

  2. 2

    Add a custom connector

Choose “Add custom connector”, give it a name like “Papapyrus”, and paste the connector URL below. Claude registers itself automatically — there are no API keys to copy.

  3. 3

    Click Connect

Claude opens a Papapyrus sign-in window in your browser. This is where you prove who you are, so Claude only ever sees what you can see.

  4. 4

Sign in with Google or email

Choose “Continue with Google” — the usual path for most teammates — or sign in with your organization, email, and password. It’s the same login you use for the app.

  5. 5

    Approve the access request

A consent screen shows exactly what Claude is asking for: read-only access to the skills you can already see. Click “Approve access”.

  6. 6

    You’re connected

The window closes and Claude shows the connector as connected. Ask Claude something that lives in your skill library — it can now look it up.

Try it out

Ask Claude something only your team knows

Once connected, Claude pulls the answer straight from your Papapyrus library — no copy-pasting, no guessing.

A prospect wants Net-60 payment terms on a $90k annual contract. What's our policy, and who has to sign off?

Read skill: Payment Terms & Approvals

Standard terms are Net-30. Net-60 is allowed on annual contracts of $50k or more, so this deal qualifies — but it needs two approvals:

  • Your deal owner flags the exception in the CRM opportunity.
  • The VP of Finance signs off on anything beyond Net-30.

Add the “extended terms” clause from the contract template, and note that Finance asks for a 5-day heads-up before quarter-end. Want me to draft the approval request?

Claude only reads skills your account can already open — the same access controls apply.

What Claude can do once connected

Two read-only tools — that's the whole surface.

  • get_all_skills

Lists every skill you can access, organized by folder — with each skill’s “use when” guidance so Claude knows which one to reach for.

  • get_skill

Returns one skill’s full markdown. Claude calls this after finding the right skill, and only for skills your account is allowed to read.

Claude sees exactly what you see

Because you sign in as yourself, the connector honors your access controls on every request. A skill you can't open in Papapyrus stays invisible to Claude too.

Revoke anytime

Remove the connector in Claude, or disconnect from your Papapyrus account, and the access it was granted stops working immediately.

Give your agents your team's know-how

Sign in, connect Claude, and every playbook your team has written is a tool call away.
