Why not just point an agent at Google Docs?

Drive permissions never stop moving
Folders get reshared, links flip from “anyone” to “restricted,” people leave, and ownership changes hands. What an agent could read yesterday it may be locked out of today — or worse, it can suddenly read something it never should have. You can’t build reliable answers on a permission model that drifts every week.
LLMs can’t hold a whole Drive in context
Point a model at thousands of documents and it can’t reliably keep track of which one is current, which contradicts which, or which is a stale draft. Retrieval grabs whatever looks similar, not whatever is correct. The bigger and messier the space, the more confidently wrong the answers get.
Curation is the fix
