Papapyrus

Terms of Service

Effective July 18, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. They govern your access to and use of Papapyrus. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1.Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Papapyrus governing your access to and use of the Papapyruswebsite, applications, and APIs (together, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.

2.The Service

Papapyrusis a collaborative skill library that lets teams write, organize, version, and share documents (“skills”) with each other and with AI agents through our API and MCP server. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also impose or change usage limits for different plans.

3.Accounts and organizations

You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your password and any API tokens you generate. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Accounts belong to organizations. Organization administrators can invite and remove members, assign roles, control access to content, and manage billing. If you join an organization, its administrators may access, manage, and delete content within that organization, including content you create.

4.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any law or the rights of others;
  • Upload or share content that is unlawful, infringing, or malicious;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or its underlying systems;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by circumventing access controls or usage limits;
  • Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except as permitted by law.

5.Your content

You and your organization retain all rights to the content you submit to the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to submit it and to share it with the people and agents you grant access to.

6.Billing and plans

Paid plans are billed on a per-seat basis for the cadence you select (for example, monthly or yearly). Fees are charged in advance and, except where required by law, are non-refundable. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. If a payment fails, we may retry and, if it remains unpaid, suspend or downgrade your plan. You can manage or cancel your plan from the billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7.Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers — such as Google for single sign-on — and can be driven by AI agents you connect through our API and MCP server. Your use of those third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8.Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time, and organization administrators may delete their organization. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive — including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms — will survive.

9.Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content generated with the help of AI agents will be accurate or reliable.

10.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Papapyrus and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Papapyrus from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
